In accordance with the Transmission System Operating Rules, EMS AD Belgrade prepares the Annual Transmission System Work Plan based on the annual work plans of the balancing groups. Balance responsible parties are required to submit to EMS AD Belgrade, by September 20 of the current year, the annual work plan of their balancing groups, which includes on a monthly basis the data specified in Article 6.4.2.6 of the Transmission System Operating Rules. EMS AD Belgrade has, in accordance with Article 6.4.2.6, defined the formats in which the required data must be submitted, depending on whether the balancing group includes balancing entities or not. For a balancing group that does not include balancing entities, the format is available at Link1 . For a balancing group that includes balancing entities, the general format is available at Link2, and EMS AD Belgrade additionally provides the balance responsible party, via email, with a format tailored specifically to the needs of that balancing group. In the fields marked with red text, it is necessary to enter the corresponding data related to the balance responsible party and the balancing group. The completed formats are submitted to EMS AD Belgrade via email at gpr@ems.rs.

In accordance with the Transmission System Operating Rules and European regulation (SOGL), EMS AD performs the annual calculation of the required amounts of primary, secondary, and tertiary reserves for the following year.
