Corporate Governance Code has established the principles of corporate and organizational culture, but also the rules of conduct of Elektromreža Srbije corporate governance bodies, frameworks and ways of operation of management structures, supervision of operations and the publicity and transparency of work.
The Code incorporates and monitors good business practices and high standards in this field. It provides the balance of influence of corporate governance holders, consistency in the monitoring system and the increase of the trust of the founders and other stakeholders with the aim of long-term and sustainable development of Elektromreža Srbije.
