Transparency is essential for achieving a functional, efficient, liquid and competitive wholesale electricity market. It refers to availability and disclosure of relevant information to all market participants and is a prerequisite for non-discriminatory market operation.

Current rules on electricity data transparency are defined in EU Regulation no. 543/2013, which was adjusted and adopted in June 2015 by the Ministerial Council of the Energy Community for mandatory implementation in the Energy Community countries.

Decision on amendments to the  Rules on the Publication of Electricity Market Fundamental Data is approved by the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia on the session held on March 10th, 2022.
