EMS publishes planned and unplanned outages of interconnection tie-lines, as follows:
– Name of interconnection tie-line;
– Border;
– Voltage level;
– Outage period;
– in case of unplanned outage, reason of outage.
Unplaned
EMS publishes unplanned outages of elements of the Power System, which have impact on cross border transfer capacities.
The capacity right allocated to the Capacity Right Holders on a border/direction in the Auction, may be a restricted wholly or partially, in certain time period due to Force Majeure or other unscheduled events in the electric power system.

In coordination with tranmsission system users and neigbouring transmission system operators, EMS JSC Belgrade prepares plans of outages of elements of the Power System. EMS JSC Belgrade publishes planned outages of elements of the Power System, which have impact on values of the cross border transfer capacities.
The holders of the right to use the transfer capacity which is allocated at any border/direction in the Auction may be restricted to the use of a part of that capacity or the whole the capacity within a certain period of time due to the scheduled annual disconnections of the cross-border interconnection lines for regular maintenance.
