After successful two-day testing, EMS AD became officially operational on the IGCC platform on October 20th.
The IGCC platform is a common European platform for imbalance netting and is one of the four platforms of the single European balancing market.
It was once again confirmed that EMS, with its full implementation of the European standards, belongs to the group of modern European transmission system operators.
The IGCC platform will contribute to a more reliable operation of the power system of the Republic of Serbia, resulting in lower costs for balancing of the power system.
