Information of public importance refers to the information held by public authorities, including legal entities established or funded by the state, which relates to the work of such bodies. It may refer to all issues with reasonable public interest.
Any interested person is entitled to access the information of public importance by reviewing the documents containing the information requested, to a copy of that document, and to be sent a copy of the document by mail, fax, e-mail or otherwise.
In accordance with the principles of work transparency and publicity, information about the operations of Elektromreža Srbije is available to all interested parties.
