Kristina Bojović is Executive Director for Human Resources in the Elektromreža Srbije Joint Stock Company Belgrade. She is a graduate manager and a holds a Master’s degree in organisational sciences.

She gained her first work experience in the Ultima communications Marketing & Advertising Agency as an Account Manager: She then worked as a PR officer with the Care International Australian non-governmental organisation.
During the 2005-2012 period she worked in Telekom Srbije – Serbian telecommunication company, i.e., in its Human Resources Division, on the jobs of planning, execution and implementation of employee education, ensuring normative support to the education plan implementation, fostering and supervising the implementation of the adopted company values in the field of human resources development. In December 2012 she started to work with PE EMS on the position of Head of Human Potentials Centre, and she has been Executive Director for Human Resources since March 2014.
