A market participant based in the Republic of Serbia who wants to obtain the BRP status should register in the New Energy Register (NERA) and submit an application for registration to the transmission system operator.

A market participant based abroad who wants to obtain the BRP status should register in the New Energy Register (NERA) and submit an application for registration to the transmission system operator with the following documentation:

1. Scanned original of an extract from the business or court register, not older than 3 months.

2. Scanned original of the certificate that the applicant is not subject to bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings, issued by the competent institution, no older than 3 months.

3. Balance sheet and Profit and loss account for the previous three years with auditor’s reports.
