Non-standard system operator services are services provided by the operator at the request of a customer or a system user, or services aiming at the remedy of consequences of actions of a customer or system user in violation of regulations, which are not included in the price of access to the system or in the costs of connection. 

Elektromreža Srbije, as a transmission system operator, adopts the act on the prices of non-standard services, which is eventually approved by the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia.
